The Role We are looking for a true "Hunter." As our Outside Sales Representative & Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of FUKU Energy Drink in your territory. You won't just be taking orders; you will be opening new retail accounts, securing regional distribution partners, and driving brand velocity through high-visibility field marketing. Key Responsibilities • New Business Development (Direct Retail): Aggressively identify and secure new placement in convenience stores, gas stations, independent grocers, gyms, and specialty retail outlets. • Distributor Acquisition & Management: Strategically identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with local, regional, and specialty DSD (Direct Store Delivery) distributors to scale territory volume rapidly. • Territory Management: Manage an existing route of accounts while strictly adhering to a visitation schedule to ensure consistent product availability and support distributor partners. • Merchandising Excellence: Fight for shelf space. Ensure FUKU Energy Drink is stocked, cold, and positioned in the "strike zone" (eye-level). Place point-of-sale (POS) materials like coolers, racks, and signage to dominate the visual landscape. • Brand Ambassadorship: Conduct sampling events, demos, and engage with consumers to create brand loyalty. Educate store managers, distributor reps, and staff on the benefits of the product. • Data Reporting: Track daily sales activity, inventory levels, distributor volume, and competitor activity using our CRM/sales tools. Compensation & Support • 100% Commission (1099 Independent Contractor): Uncapped earning potential designed for top-tier closers with no ceiling on your income. • Dual Revenue Streams: Earn high upfront commissions on direct-to-store sales ($5.00 per case), plus lucrative recurring volume commissions for setting up and managing local/regional distributors ($1.80 per case). • Expense Support: Pre-approved business expenses, travel, and marketing materials are supported to ensure you have the tools to win. • Product Allowance: Provided with necessary sample stock and Point of Sale (POS) materials. What We Are Looking For • Experience: 1-3 years of outside B2B sales, field marketing, or distributor management experience (Beverage/DSD experience is a major plus). • Mentality: Self-starter with a high motor. You must be comfortable with cold calling, handling rejection, and closing deals on the spot. • Reliability: Must possess a valid Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle, and the discipline to manage your own schedule effectively. • Physicality: Ability to lift 25+ lbs repetitively (cases of energy drinks) and stand/walk for extended periods. • Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to "win friends and influence people" at both the store level and the distributor executive level.
