Schedule: 7PM-7AM | 2-2-3 Rotating Cycle What You'll Do: • Supervise and coach a high-performing team • Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution • Drive process improvements and optimize workflows • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, ADA, and company policies • Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records What We're Looking For: 3-5 years of warehouse/distribution experience 2+ years in a leadership role Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of WMS systems and logistics best practices Why Join Us?
