What We're Looking For We're less concerned with finding someone who checks every box and more interested in someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technologies, and helping manufacturers succeed. Required Qualifications · 3–7 years of experience managing projects in manufacturing, industrial technology, software implementation, digital transformation, learning technology, or related industries. · Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders. · Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), or digital learning technologies. · Experience developing digital learning content, training materials, work instructions, or instructional resources. · Strong project management and organizational skills. · Excellent communication and client relationship skills. · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, Information Technology, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
