FTD is a thriving, growing, and profitable company that has recently pivoted its boutique engineering services to serve much of the semiconductor market, positioning itself as a product company to benefit the broader industrial market with its expertise delivered via software. The FTD software, a suite of applications bundled under the name “Facility Management Application” (FMA), is currently in use by multiple Fortune 500 companies. We hire creative, high-character, and flexible team members who are looking to make a difference, not just paint inside the lines. basic job Description FTD Solutions is seeking a Water Management Engineer to join our Customer Success Management (CSM) Team. This role focuses on delivering water system modeling and engineering support using our proprietary software tools. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams and industries to help clients optimize water usage and sustainability through data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Provide modeling services using FTD’s Water Management Application (WMA) for client projects and service contracts. • Collaborate with internal teams (Program Managers, Project Managers, Engineers) to develop and deliver technical solutions. • Support clients primarily in the semiconductor industry, with additional opportunities in the oil and gas, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical sectors. • Conduct data analysis, perform calculations, and present findings in coordination with internal and external experts. • Manage project communications, documentation, and deliverables within defined scopes. • Contribute to software development efforts by providing user feedback, testing features, and supporting improvements to FTD’s Facility Management Applications (FMA). • Assist with client engagement and troubleshooting for FTD’s Active Water Management (AWM) SaaS platform, and relay client needs to the software team. The Water Management Engineer will report to the CSM Team’s Modeling Manager. Minimum Qualifications B.S.
