We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Studio Sales Manager to join our teams in the Greater Orlando Area. This position would support our Downtown Orlando and Tuskawilla locations. As a FS8 Sales Manager you will be responsible for maintaining the standard of excellence in the studios and from employees. Their primary focus will be generating leads and sales for the studio while also overseeing studio upkeep, aesthetics and teaching classes. This person will play a pivotal role in day to day management of the studios, social media, member care, drive membership sales and retention, with the opportunity to train classes. • Lead generation, sales and business partnerships are the foundation of this role. • Oversee daily operations, collaborate with the Athletics Director, inventory control, and maintaining studio standards. • Deliver exceptional member experiences by executing sales processes, new trial onboarding, and retention strategies within the studio • Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuring accurate transactions and record keeping. • Support business development by participating in community and networking events, as well as studio promotions to drive new member acquisition • Implement effective retail management strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales. • Develop and execute sales management initiatives to achieve studio goals. • Provide administrative support, including reporting, budgeting, and scheduling meetings. • Utilize strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • The opportunity to Lead and deliver Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Tone, and Yoga instruction for group classes. • Uphold FS8 brand and athletic standards at all times, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of the company's philosophy and expectations • Adapt to studio needs by performing any additional responsibilities as assigned Experience/Requirements • 2-3 years experience in sales and leadership • Pilates experience preferred • CPR and AED certified As Studio Sales Manager, you will oversee all studio operations including sales, retention, retail and staff supervision. You’ll be responsible for achieving revenue goals, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining a positive, professional studio environment.
