As Project Coordinator, you will work as a customer liaison to provide excellent customer service in a professional, efficient, and timely manner.   OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS:  * Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations * Complaints and scheduling of deliveries and installations, and providing customer follow-up * Initiate telephone calls to customers to confirm and specify details on sales orders * Codes and inputs customer orders, pricing information and additional data into the computer system * Creates sales tickets for builders * Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed; Complies with Company’s attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: * 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred. * High School Diploma/GED/College required. * Knowledge of Microsoft office, excel. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Positive attitude and drive to succeed.
