Project Manager, Partnership Marketing Application Deadline: 31 March 2026 Department: Integrated Marketing Employment Type: Full Time Location: New York, New York Reporting To: Director, Partnership Marketing Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 / year Description Front Office Sports is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support Partnership Marketing. This role is critical in driving operational excellence across campaigns by ensuring timelines are created, communicated, and adhered to, both internally and externally. Reporting to the Director of Partnership Marketing, this individual will serve as the connector between cross-functional departments and/or external vendors and partners. Your main focus will be on keeping projects on track, managing schedules, and ensuring flawless execution from kickoff through delivery. You will be instrumental in bringing programs to life by keeping teams aligned and workstreams moving forward. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple partnership campaigns • Maintain master project trackers, program planners, and Google Drive organization to ensure all materials are accessible, current, and properly formatted • Ensure all campaign components are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with approved briefs and execution plans • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for campaign status, communicating progress in weekly status meetings • Provide consistent, clear weekly status updates to leadership, highlighting risks, delays, and mitigation plans • Record meeting notes and outline next steps to support efficient workflow,s and responsibilities are assigned • Oversee administrative vendor needs, including contracts and invoice processing • Monitor timelines closely to ensure assets are finalized and delivered in proper formats • Execute post-campaign wrap-ups by gathering metrics, deliverables, visuals, and reporting inputs Skills, Knowledge & Expertise • 2–4 years of experience in partnership marketing, integrated marketing, or account management • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools • Experience in paid media and performance tracking preferred • Ability to think both creatively and analytically, left brain/right brain • A team player with a proactive mindset and positive attitude Perks & Benefits • Generous PTO policy to use as you please, plus sick time and company holidays • Employer-sponsored health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision • An annual professional development stipend and endless development opportunities at a growing startup • Plan for your future with our 401(k) plan, complemented by a 3% company match.
