Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Northvale, NJ. The Office Administrator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as: managing office equipment, emails, invoicing, payroll and various other tasks associated with maintaining office requirements. This is a family style company with a small staff. We all work together to make magic happen. We are big on producing and growing our social media primarily on Instagram and Youtube. We hold live sales once a month on Instagram. We also supply large home decore companies, cater to high end collectors and retailers. From the Owner Chris: I am currently looking for a team player, someone with common sense, the ability to critical think, a honest and caring person who doesnt take no for an answer. Someone who can “figure it out”, is not easily overwhelmed and can overcome challenges.
