FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary: The Transplant Business Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving the financial, operational, and strategic success of the Froedtert & MCW Transplant Service Line. This leader brings deep expertise in healthcare business operations and a strong commitment to supporting transplant patients and programs. The role oversees financial management and outreach operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with institutional goals. Responsibilities include budgeting, contract oversight, human resources planning, strategic implementation monitoring, and leadership of both the finance and outreach teams. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 3 years related work experience in healthcare business or financial management is required. Experience within a transplant setting is preferred. Previous transplant finance experience and previous leadership experience preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: BS/BA in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration or other related field is required. Masters Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration or other related field is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Strong analytic and creative problem-solving skills. Thorough attention to detail. Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate project tasks and work effectively with Hospital and other Hospital/College stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent computer skills with experience using financial decision support systems. Demonstrates proficiency in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint, and conducting financial analysis. Experience with and understanding of the Medicare cost report is preferred.
