As a Warehouse Laborer, you will play a key role in supporting our logistics operations while benefiting from opportunities for professional growth across FritoLay and PepsiCo. Role and Responsibilities: This hands-on position is essential to the smooth operation of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Laborer, your responsibilities will include: • Loading and unloading palletized goods and cases from trailers • Utilizing warehouse systems to accurately pick, scan, and prepare items for shipment • Safely operating powered industrial equipment, including forklifts (training and certification provided) • Stacking and organizing products on trailer floors manually or with loading tools • Performing routine cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a safe and orderly workplace Required Skills and Experience: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Ability to lift 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation • Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts • Capability to perform repetitive physical movements such as bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching, and stretching • Comfortable with manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling • Ability to work at heights using ladders or mechanical lifts • Adaptability to work in environments with varying temperatures, humidity, noise, and slippery surfaces Compensation and Benefits: • Competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company match • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • Tuition assistance and educational reimbursement programs • Employee-only discounts and additional benefit options About FritoLay: FritoLay is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
