As a Supply Chain Warehouse Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting warehouse and logistics operations, with access to career growth opportunities both within FritoLay and across PepsiCo. Role and Responsibilities This physically active role is essential to keeping warehouse operations running efficiently. As a Supply Chain Warehouse Worker, you will: * Load and unload palletized goods and cases from trailers * Use warehouse systems to accurately pick, scan, and prepare items for shipment * Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, in a safe manner (training and certification provided) * Stack and organize products on trailer floors manually or with loading tools * Perform regular cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a safe and organized work environment Required Skills And Experience • At least 18 years of age • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Capable of lifting 15–50 pounds with or without accommodation • Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching, and stretching • Comfortable with manual labor including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling • Willingness to work at elevated heights using ladders or mechanical lifts • Ability to work in environments with temperature fluctuations, humidity, noise, and slippery surfaces Compensation And Benefits • Competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company match • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage • Tuition reimbursement and education assistance programs • Exclusive employee discounts and additional benefit options About FritoLay FritoLay is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and fosters an inclusive workplace.
