Role and Responsibilities • Deliver and stock Frito-Lay products in various retail settings, including grocery chains, convenience stores, and discount retailers • Operate a route delivery truck to service designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate unloading of product • Develop strong working relationships with store personnel to support promotional displays and increase product visibility • Manage stock rotation and maintain attractive merchandising standards to ensure freshness and shelf appeal • Use handheld technology to manage inventory, process orders, and document daily delivery details • Complete a structured 4–6 week training program focused on delivery, merchandising, and sales fundamentals • Step into different routes and store types as needed to support team operations and meet business goals Required Skills and Experience • Must be at least 21 years old • Hold a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance; meet any state-specific licensing requirements • Able to lift up to 40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the workday, with or without accommodations • Effective time management and communication skills with the ability to work independently • Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Preferred Qualifications • Background in route delivery, sales, merchandising, or customer service • Strong ability to build store-level relationships and influence product sales Compensation and Benefits • Hourly pay with performance-based bonuses • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans • Company-supported 401(k) retirement plan with matching contributions • Tuition support and educational reimbursement programs • Access to exclusive employee savings and corporate benefits About Frito-Lay As a globally recognized snack food leader and proud member of the PepsiCo family, Frito-Lay offers a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
