Forklift Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable forklift operator to join our team at Frito-Lay. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within our warehouse or distribution facility. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficiency and safety in our daily operations. As a Forklift Operator, you will be an integral part of our supply chain team and work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth movement of goods. Responsibilities: • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move merchandise within the warehouse or distribution facility. • Locate and relocate merchandise as needed to maintain accurate inventory levels. • Stack and count merchandise to ensure proper storage and handling. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues related to inventory management or supply chain logistics. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift preferred. • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
