Our campus has recently expanded with the addition of several new multi-level facilities, and we are looking to fill the key role of a Chief Executive Officer. Friendsview is a mission-driven, Christ-centered Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Oregon’s Willamette Valley serving over 600 residents across independent living, assisted living, and healthcare services. Friendsview is committed to providing high-quality care, fostering a vibrant community, and upholding its core values of integrity, stewardship, compassion, and service. The CEO will oversee strategic planning, operations, regulatory compliance, and community engagement while building strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will lead a high-performing team and drive initiatives to enhance resident care, strengthen organizational sustainability, and promote Friendsview’s mission. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of senior leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related field, along with a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Nonprofit Leadership. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills are essential, along with a passion for faith-based service. Preferred candidates will have experience leading a faith-based nonprofit or CCRC and familiarity with nonprofit governance and regulatory compliance.
