Plymouth, MI On-Site Freudenberg-NOK General Partnership Digital Transformation Project Manager Responsibilities • Define and manage the strategic roadmap for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives. • Building and scaling enterprise Data Hubs. • Managing AI use cases from pilot to enterprise-wide deployment. • Delivering digitalization projects such as new software tools and front-end solutions. • Apply agile methodologies to manage cross-functional teams and ensure iterative, value-driven delivery. • Coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects. • Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and engagement. • Define and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives. • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. • Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across teams. • Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, even without direct authority. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related • 5+ years of experience in program and/or project management, ideally in digital, data, or AI-related domains. • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in agile environments (e.g. Scrum). • Strong understanding of data architecture, AI/ML lifecycle, and digital product development. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical teams. • Experience in manufacturing, R&D, or enterprise-scale digital transformation is a plus. • Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar. • A proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset with a passion for driving change. • Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while serving as a sparring partner to internal/external stakeholders. Fosters teamwork between employees and across the organization. • Value for Customers: Drives a customer-oriented business strategy and provides indispensable support to deliver successful outcomes. • Innovation: Envisions the impact of potential future trends and proactively drives necessary changes.
