Full Description

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Oversee DSD operations and key account execution across multiple retail locations. Analyze performance reports to identify opportunities for increased profitability and improved route efficiency. Collaborate with National Account Managers (NAM), Regional Managers (RMS), and DSD Managers (DMS) on new route development, store setups, and resets. Lead HR-related functions within the district, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals. Support development and execution of planograms (POGs), fleet management, and virtual account oversight. Create and implement DSD standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and policies for all field employees. Set performance goals for management and DSD teams; monitor progress through weekly and monthly reporting. Coordinate schedules, customer projects, and promotional opportunities to maximize visibility and sales. Manage district budget and identify cost-saving opportunities within DSD operations. Ensure timely completion and submission of all required company reports. Achieve sales forecasts, budget targets, and scorecard metrics across assigned regions. Serve as a liaison between field teams and senior leadership, supporting policy development and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience managing large teams and multi-region operations. Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Familiarity with route optimization tools and fleet management systems. Ability to travel regularly across the district. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and performance management skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
