You support our team as MANAGER - DISTRICT SALES SAN ANTONIO TEXAS Responsibilities • Oversee DSD operations and key account execution across multiple retail locations. • Analyze performance reports to identify opportunities for increased profitability and improved route efficiency. • Collaborate with National Account Managers (NAM), Regional Managers (RMS), and DSD Managers (DMS) on new route development, store setups, and resets. • Lead HR-related functions within the district, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals. • Support development and execution of planograms (POGs), fleet management, and virtual account oversight. • Create and implement DSD standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and policies for all field employees. • Set performance goals for management and DSD teams; monitor progress through weekly and monthly reporting. • Coordinate schedules, customer projects, and promotional opportunities to maximize visibility and sales. • Manage district budget and identify cost-saving opportunities within DSD operations. • Ensure timely completion and submission of all required company reports. • Achieve sales forecasts, budget targets, and scorecard metrics across assigned regions. • Serve as a liaison between field teams and senior leadership, supporting policy development and strategic initiatives. Qualifications • Proven experience managing large teams and multi-region operations. • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. • Familiarity with route optimization tools and fleet management systems. • Ability to travel regularly across the district. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and performance management skills. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
