Onsite Recruiter – Full Cycle Recruiting (Linden NJ) Work Location: Linden, NJ (Onsite Role – 5 days/week) We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will be instrumental in driving candidate pipeline growth and expanding our candidate base with strong results in bringing on talented new hires on a consistent basis. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels such as prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging to drive traffic to our ATS on a continuous basis. This position demands excellent communication skills and the ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES PROSPECTING • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates and build vast talent pipelines. • Utilize various resources such as industry directories, platforms, and social media to generate candidate leads. • Identify top candidates by thoroughly online understanding their skills, experience, and career aspirations, and gather relevant information about their needs, challenges, and goals. COLD CALLING • Initiate outbound calls to prospective candidates to share current opportunities across our sites and departments • Engage in consultative conversations to understand candidate motivations, ideal opportunities, availability, travel requirements, and skills. EMAILING • Craft compelling and personalized email messages to engage potential candidates. • Develop email campaigns and follow-up strategies to nurture leads and drive conversion. • Utilize email tracking to monitor email exchange and responses. LINKEDIN MESSAGING • Leverage LinkedIn as a powerful networking and candidate lead generation tool. • Identify top candidates by thoroughly understanding their skills, experience, and career aspirations, and gather relevant information about their needs, challenges, and goals. • Send personalized messages to initiate conversations, share relevant content, and establish relationships. RELATIONSHIP BUILDING • Establish and maintain relationships with prospective candidates through effective communication and regular follow-ups. • Understand candidate needs and provide appropriate career opportunities. • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified seasoned candidates, track progress, and report on recruiting activities. ADDITIONAL SKILLS • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills. • Proficient in cold calling techniques and the ability to handle rejections. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with utilizing internal ATS and email automation tools. • Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn and experience in using it for candidate pipeline generation. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Strong people skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships across the organization. • Skilled in influencing, negotiation, and consultative collaboration. • High learning agility; able to adapt to new business variables and platforms. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills. • Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Effective project management capability. • Self-directed, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity. • High degree of professional maturity, integrity, and ability to maintain confidential data and information. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Minimum Requirements • Experience with ATS Platform having full cycle recruitment processes requirement is a must! • 4+ years of directly related experience recruiting for all levels of roles within an organization with direct “full cycle” recruiting responsibilities at a national level for multiple locations/states. • 4+ years’ experience working with, and up to date knowledge of, sourcing and recruiting through an applicant tracking system. • 4+ years’ experience working within LinkedIn Recruiter at a Volume Level comparable to our company’s current sourcing capabilities • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
