Department: Marketing Location: Telford, PA Reports to: Director of Sales & Marketing About the Role At Fres-co, the Marketing Manager plays a key role in strengthening our brand, driving qualified lead generation, and supporting sales growth across industrial and flexible packaging markets. This role blends strategic marketing leadership with hands-on execution across digital channels, trade shows, and sales enablement. The ideal candidate brings B2B marketing experience, a data driven mindset, and the ability to translate technical products into compelling market messages. What You Will Do Digital Marketing & Content • Lead and execute Fres-co’s digital marketing strategy across website, SEO, SEM, email, and social channels • Oversee creation of marketing content including case studies, blog articles, videos, and product messaging • Manage website updates and ensure content supports lead generation and brand positioning • Analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms and optimize for ROI • Manage digital marketing budgets and partner with external agencies as needed Trade Shows & Events • Plan and manage all trade show and industry event participation from concept through execution • Coordinate booth design, logistics, promotional materials, and post event lead follow up • Develop pre-event and post-event campaigns to maximize visibility and conversion • Partner closely with Sales to align event strategy and execution Brand & Marketing Collateral • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials • Oversee development of brochures, product sheets, presentations, advertising, and signage • Ensure messaging, tone, and visual identity align with Fres-co’s market positioning Market Strategy & Sales Support • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities • Develop targeted campaigns supporting key industries, applications, and technical solutions • Partner with Sales on lead nurturing strategies and pipeline support • Support annual marketing planning and budget development What We Are Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B, industrial, or manufacturing environment • Strong experience in digital marketing, content development, and website management • Proven success managing trade shows or large scale marketing events • Experience with marketing automation, analytics, and CRM platforms • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills • Ability to translate technical products into clear customer value propositions Why Join Fres-co • Opportunity to lead marketing strategy for a growing industrial packaging company • High visibility role with direct impact on sales growth and brand positioning • Collaborative environment partnering closely with Sales and Operations • Ability to shape and evolve Fres-co’s marketing presence and go-to-market strategy Equal Opportunity Statement Fres-co System USA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/F/D/V).
