About us: At Frenchy’s Maids, we specialize in providing unique and memorable one-hour “costumed cleaning” experiences for our clients. Our friendly and outgoing team delivers high-quality housekeeping with a fun, performance-based twist, all while wearing themed costumes.(French maids/butlers). We prioritize the safety and security of our staff, which is why every booking includes a trained security guard on-site. Location: Houston inner loop Job description: Frenchy’s Maids is seeking a dedicated and professional part-time Security & Compliance Officer to ensure the safety and security of our employees, client premises and clientele. The successful candidate will also be responsible for taking client payments and supervising client sessions to guarantee strict adherence to company policy and all applicable laws. This role requires a high degree of integrity, customer service skills, and vigilance. Responsibilities: • Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling the premises and monitoring for suspicious activity. • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, addressing inquiries, and enforcing company and site-specific policies in a respectful manner. • Process client payments accurately and securely, which may include cash, credit card, and other forms of electronic payment. • Wear company provided costume materials during sessions. • Supervise client sessions to ensure compliance with all company protocols, ethical standards, and legal requirements. • Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or violations of policy to management promptly and accurately. • Monitor and authorize the entrance and departure of vehicles at the premises. • Respond calmly and professionally to emergencies, disturbances, or policy violations and assist with de-escalation. • Collaborate with management to refine and implement security and compliance procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the security and operational needs of the business. Qualifications: • Texas Security Officer License: Must hold a valid Texas Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officer license. • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age. • Clean Background: Must pass a criminal background check. • Communication Skills: Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Additional Requirements: • Experience: Prior experience in security or a customer-service-oriented role is preferred. • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues independently and effectively. • Reliability: Must have reliable communication and transportation. • Physical Fitness: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as lift and/or move objects up to 15 pounds. • Availability: Weekend and evening availability may be required to meet client demand.
