Freese and Nichols seeking a University Recruiting Coordinator in our downtown Fort Worth corporate headquarters. We are excited to see our current coordinator take on a new role helping develop our early career talent, which allows us to grow the team. As University Recruiting Coordinator, you will support our university recruiting strategy and help facilitate the hiring process for our interns. We are honored to have made the Top 100 Internship Program list presented by WayUp x Yello the past 3 years and need your help to compete again in 2026! Your role: As University Recruiting Coordinator you will help us meet our university recruiting goals. We expect to hire 100+ interns and around 75 new graduates in 2026. While we are close to 80% of our hiring goal now, the university recruiting cycle will shift from hiring to onboarding and conversion within a few short months. Primary responsibilities include: Assisting in shaping university recruiting strategy based on needs of business Supporting career fair strategy through planning, logistics, and attending career fairs of our strategic schools Facilitating hiring process for interns including assessing needs, posting jobs, screening candidates, collecting feedback from hiring teams, extending offers and facilitating preboarding requirements Assisting our Onboarding/Early Talent Specialist in planning and execution of events such as Intern Kickoff, National Intern Day, and internship program in general Researching best practices and benchmarks to help increase interns as a pipeline of talent Providing an excellent experience for our candidates Suggesting process improvements to help us be better Your impact: The Freese and Nichols Talent Acquisition Mission is: To attract, select, and hire talented people to help them achieve their personal goals and for the success of the company in creating infrastructure that sustains our communities.
