Summary We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who will act as a strategic partner to our Corporate Functions (Legal, IT, Finance, Marketing), collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver proactive, high-quality HR support that aligns with business goals, enhances team performance, and meets the evolving needs of the business. The HR Generalist will also support HR projects, helping us deliver strategic initiatives for the business. This position will support our Human Resources team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of our North Dallas office location in Dallas, TX. Client Support Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees within Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, IT, Marketing), providing guidance on policies, processes, and best practices. • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement strategic solutions across talent management, employee development, total rewards, and employee experience. • Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to align on hiring needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience. • Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution. • Conduct thorough investigations and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. • Support workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning processes. • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience. HR Project Support • Contribute to the planning and implementation of HR initiatives such as policy updates, process improvements, system configuration updates, and organizational design. • Support HR projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the function. • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions and proactively address workforce challenges. • Support with other projects, as assigned. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from a 4 year accredited college or university is required. • 5+ years of HR generalist experience in a large, complex organization. • Experience supporting HR projects is preferred. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. • HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
