Employee Relations Specialist We're partnering with a growing organization in Addison, TX that is adding a newly created Employee Relations Specialist to its HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, employee-facing, and closely involved in building strong workplace practices. This role will support employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, investigations, documentation, and manager coaching. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with employees and leadership, providing guidance on workplace matters, and helping create a consistent, positive employee experience. Location: Addison, TX Schedule: 100% In-Office Responsibilities: • Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on employee relations matters • Support workplace investigations, documentation, and follow-up actions • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and employment practices • Partner with leadership on performance management and employee concerns • Help ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance across employee-related processes • Maintain accurate documentation and support HR-related reporting as needed • Contribute to a positive, professional, and employee-focused workplace culture Ideal Background: • 4+ years of experience in employee relations, HR generalist work, or a similar HR function • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion • Comfortable working onsite and building relationships across the organization • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment regulations This is a newly created role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as the company continues to grow.
