Position Overview: Are you someone with a capital markets background who loves managing projects? We are looking for a motivated Investments & Capital Markets (I&CM) Project Manager, focusing on projects for the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) desk, to join our team. This role helps drive change for the ALM desk through a blended role of governance and project management responsibilities. This is not a technology change role. Our Impact: As an I&CM Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage business and regulatory projects within the I&CM division with a focus on the ALM business area. This role is responsible for assessing the impacts of changes, including regulatory requirements, and facilitating implementation for the business. The team is part of the first line of defense risk governance group for the I&CM division and serves as a trusted partner to the business. Your Impact: In this role, you will: • Lead implementation of changes, develop and execute against detailed project plans, and operate efficiently in a multi-task environment • Collaborate and coordinate with key project stakeholders in I&CM and with business partners across the firm on projects for a successful implementation • Work closely with business stakeholders to develop documentation for the change including business cases, requirements, and process flows Qualifications: • Minimum of 8-10 years of related work experience • 5-7 years of Capital Markets experience, specifically in Asset and Liability Management • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience • Proven understanding of investment products (e.g., bonds, options, futures, forwards, swaps, repos, MMFs) • Proven experience managing business initiatives through implementation • Ability to facilitate innovative thinking to solve problems and establish business processes • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of related ISDA, Dodd-Frank, and other regulations preferred • PMP, CSM, or other project or change management related certification preferred Keys to Success in this Role: • Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail, ability to manage process and follow through on tasks • Build trust and positive relationships; intentionally engage with stakeholders and partners to understand their needs and concerns • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment and manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate group discussions to drive decisions and results, including comfort interacting with various levels in the firm • Agile and challenges the status quo with a desire to continuously improve and innovate. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
