Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Professional to support a dynamic team across Digital Marketing, Analytics, Sales Enablement and Conferences and Events. This role provides broad operational and project management support to help execute marketing initiatives, enhance partner engagement, and strengthen our presence across channels—both internally and externally. A key focus of this position will be supporting the planning and execution of onsite and external events, while also contributing to email operations, analytics projects, web initiatives, and cross team communications. Your Impact: In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure projects and events are executed smoothly, efficiently, and with high quality. Responsibilities include: Conferences and Events (Primary Responsibility) Support the end-to-end planning and execution of onsite, virtual and external events—including logistics coordination, vendor communication, attendee management, shipping and documentation. Assist onsite with event registration, setup/tear down, partner support, and issue resolution. Coordinate with industry organizations on items such as registration, housing, and event details. Support the creation of event materials such as agendas, handouts, name badges, and presentations. Help gather feedback and prepare post event reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Project and Operational Support Assist with project management activities, including developing timelines, tracking deliverables, organizing documentation, and supporting cross-team workflows. Maintain marketing calendars, team inboxes, attendee or stakeholder lists, and other operational resources. Digital Marketing and Email Operations Support Support digital marketing campaigns by coordinating email operations, preparing content for review, tracking performance metrics, and assisting with audience list management. Contribute to analytics projects through data collection, basic reporting, and helping interpret insights for marketing optimization. Assist with web-related tasks such as content updates, page audits, QA checks, and coordination with internal partners Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field. 2+ years of experience supporting marketing, communications, event planning, or project coordination functions. Strong project management skills with the ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly collaborative. Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing, analytics, or email platforms a plus. Experience with event management tools (e.g., Cvent) or virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom) preferred. Ability to travel up to 20%; some evening or weekend work required for events. This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $75,000 - $113,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
