If this sounds like you, then we need to talk... Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. The Technical Sales Specialist at Frazer reports to the Sales Operations Director, and is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of Customer Provided Items (CPI), ensuring seamless execution from order processing to unit delivery. Your technical expertise will be essential in effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding CPI, providing thorough troubleshooting advice and technical support while maintaining clear and timely communication with both customers and internal stakeholders throughout the process. What Does a Week in the Life of the Technical Sales Specialist Look Like? • Track and document CPI across platforms, validating accuracy and technical compatibility. • Inform customers about the process expectations and detailed CPI requirements included in their estimate, along with deadlines for item receipt, providing regular updates on received items and outstanding requirements. • Act as the CPI technical liaison and customer support by collaborating and effectively communicating across internal departments, and customers, resolving CPI related issues. • Recommend productivity enhancements for improved efficiency. Secondary Duties: • Limited Edition Book Release support as needed. • Represent the Sales Operations Team in meetings as assigned by manager. Frazer offers competitive pay and this role will start with a salary between $30.00- $35.00 per hour depending on education, certifications, and experience. Work Schedule The Technical Sales Specialist will work Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM-4:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Frazer currently runs two shifts, Monday through Friday with overtime on weekend work as needed. Late afternoon/evening/weekend hours may be required as needed. Work schedules may change to accommodate production needs.
