About the position We’re looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead and grow our material handling sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue across forklifts, warehouse equipment, rentals, service, and aftermarket solutions while coaching and developing a high-performing outside sales team. Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and develop an outside sales team • Drive sales growth and market share within the territory • Manage pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics • Support key accounts and close strategic opportunities • Partner with operations and service teams to deliver results Requirements • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (material handling, industrial equipment or construction preferred) • 3+ years of sales leadership experience • Proven ability to hit revenue targets and lead teams • Strong CRM, coaching, and negotiation skills • Ability to travel within the territory
