Job Description Residential Sales Representative - San Antonio Compensation: Base + Commission, on-target earnings $80,000-$110,000 annually Territory: Greater San Antonio, including Boerne and New Braunfels Vehicle: Company truck provided About the Role Waterloo Turf San Antonio is hiring a Residential Sales Representative to lead growth across the northern San Antonio market. This role blends residential in-person sales, estimate creation, and project coordination, ensuring each homeowner receives a best-in-class experience throughout their turf installation. You will manage your own schedule with autonomy, handle a balanced mix of inbound leads and self-generated opportunities, and help maintain quality and communication across active projects. What You'll Do Sales and Customer Experience Respond quickly to inbound leads and schedule on-site consultations Conduct accurate site assessments, measurements, and scope reviews Deliver professional proposals and guide homeowners through project options Close new business through confident, personable, in-home selling Maintain a strong and organized sales pipeline with consistent follow-up Knock doors, connect with HOAs, and create local presence Project Coordination Lead job kickoff meetings with crews and clients Provide installation teams with measurements, instructions, and expectations Monitor installations and communicate updates to ensure quality Conduct final walkthroughs to confirm satisfaction and secure reviews and referrals Update proposals, scheduling, and CRM details as needed What We're Looking For Background and Experience Residential sales experience required, preferably in-person or in-home Experience in landscaping, construction, outdoor living, irrigation, or turf is helpful but not required Ability to balance sales volume with ongoing job management Strong time-management skills; role is highly autonomous Why You'll Love This Role Freedom and autonomy to manage your own schedule Strong earning potential in a growing market Mix of fieldwork and administrative tasks for daily variety Support from Austin leadership and San Antonio ownership Company truck provided Access to Waterloo training resources, modules, and in-person sessions
