It collaborates with leaders and stakeholders to deliver effective advocacy and offers opportunities to influence high-impact policy decisions. HOW YOU WILL ADD VALUE - Advocate for company policy priorities. - Guide government affairs strategy. - Support public policy communications. - Build relationships with policymakers. - Execute advocacy strategies. - Simplify complex policy topics. - Brief senior executives. - Adapt to new initiatives. WHAT WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL Experience, Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree; graduate degree preferred. - 10+ years policy experience. - Financial services/lobbying background preferred. Technical Skills: - Strong communication skills. - Expertise in legislative processes. Soft Skills: - Independent, proactive leadership. - High ethical standards. WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION Hybrid work model, three days per week in the Washington DC office.
