Franklin Horse Supply is seeking a Consignment Program Manager to join our team, to start immediately. Must be customer service oriented, a team player, and have general knowledge of horse, equestrian, and farm needs. Job Responsibilities: Schedule/Manage Consignment Appointment Calendar. Assist Customers with Consignment Paperwork and Intake. Communicate program guidelines and standards effectively with consignors. Manage inventory and timeframe of items in consignment program. Work with accounting department on time sensitive consignment payouts at month end. Maintain current Consignment saddle inventory at FranklinSaddlery.com. Assist with offers made on consignment saddles. Acknowledge and greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance. Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management. Answer telephones and provide friendly customer service. Assist customers in finding the correct products to meet their needs. Effectively operate a cash register. Stock merchandise. Help maintain a neat, clean, organized store, which includes sweeping, dusting, straightening of merchandise on store fixtures and displays. Perform related work as assigned.
