Role Overview: The VP of Information Services leads enterprise technology adoption initiatives, ensuring associates are trained, supported, and confident in using Microsoft 365, AI tools, and other enterprise platforms. Focuses on maximizing return on technology investments via structured enablement, adoption, and governance oversight. Key Responsibilities: • Develop enterprise-wide strategies for technology adoption and enablement. • Align technology selection and implementation with clinical and operational needs. • Collaborate with Data Governance and Information Security to ensure compliant and secure technology use. • Track and report on adoption metrics and effectiveness of training programs. • Lead cross-functional teams in enterprise information services, clinical information systems, and learning initiatives. Qualifications: • Executive experience in IT adoption, clinical informatics, or digital transformation. • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, AI tools, and enterprise software adoption frameworks (TAM, UTAUT). • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
