Development & Automation Manager (MSP) | Hybrid, Howell Township, NJ | $110k-$140k We’re hiring a hands-on Development & Automation Manager to lead automation, systems integration, and AI-driven workflows across a fast-growing MSP environment. You’ll own the automation roadmap, reduce manual processes, and deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency across internal operations and client environments while building and mentoring a growing team. What you’ll do • Lead and scale the automation function • Build workflows, integrations, dashboards, and AI solutions • Streamline service desk, onboarding, billing, and lifecycle processes • Partner with teams to identify and solve operational inefficiencies • Track impact through measurable outcomes What you bring • Experience in automation, DevOps, or systems integration • Background in MSP, SaaS, or multi-client environments • Strong Microsoft stack (M365/Azure), PowerShell, Power Platform, APIs • Experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) • Proven ability to deliver AI/automation solutions end-to-end The company are looking to start interviews this week, so if it looks of interest, feel free to reach out!
