Job Description: We are seeking a friendly, self-motivated, and organized team member to join our small but fast-paced boutique style insurance agency. In this role, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring they have a warm and friendly experience while providing excellent customer service and efficiently handling office tasks. This is a full-time, 40-hour week position. Salary Range: $19-$22/hr. depending on experience. Key Responsibilities: • Warmly greet clients and visitors, creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere. • Efficiently manage a high volume of phone calls, directing inquires and taking detailed messages with patience and friendliness • Maintain office organization, including managing incoming and outgoing mail. • Scanning, uploading, printing, and filing paperwork • Create, maintain and update detailed client profiles • Provide essential support to the insurance team with various supportive duties. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in an office or customer service role is a plus but not necessary
