You'll be instrumental in helping us build a call center that reflects our core values: Service, Integrity, and Excellence. Your responsibilities will include: • Answering inbound calls from new and existing customers • Scheduling service appointments accurately and efficiently • Demonstrating empathy and professionalism with every interaction • Educating customers on our services, including membership plans • Making outbound calls to support appointment setting and customer follow-up • Meeting performance goals around call quality, bookings, and customer satisfaction We'll provide thorough training and coaching to ensure you feel confident and supported from day one. Your insights and feedback will help shape how we grow this new department, and your performance will play a key role in its long-term success.
