Job Overview We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own RizePoint, FranConnect’s Brand Consistency and Quality Operations product. This role focuses on evolving a mature, mission-critical operations platform — balancing rigor and compliance with usability, scalability, and modern workflows that support both corporate teams and in-store operators. You’ll partner closely with Design and offshore engineering teams in India to define strategy, drive outcomes, and deliver continuous improvements on a monthly release cadence. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for RizePoint and FranConnect’s Brand Consistency & Quality Operations capabilities. Evolve audit, inspection, corrective action, and standards management workflows for multi-unit franchise systems. Balance compliance rigor with usability for field users, operators, and corporate stakeholders. Partner with Design to modernize complex operational workflows and improve in-store adoption. Collaborate with Engineering to deliver scalable, performant solutions that support large enterprise customers. Use customer feedback, analytics, and business priorities to identify problems and measure success. Drive problem definition, requirements, delivery, and iteration on a monthly release cadence. Present roadmap decisions, progress, and outcomes to customers and product leadership. Ensure timely delivery of product initiatives while maintaining a high standard of quality and usability. Requirements Location: West Coast, Utah, or local to HQ in Virginia preferred What We Are Looking For 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS Experience owning store operations, compliance, audit, or workflow-heavy enterprise products a plus Proven ability to modernize mature products without disrupting critical customer workflows Strong product judgment in enterprise and multi-stakeholder environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working with offshore engineering teams in India is a major plus Comfortable navigating ambiguity, demonstrating a positive approach to change with the ability to adapt and remain effective in evolving environments
