Full-Time | Remote | $60K–$80K DOE We’re looking for a performance-driven Ad Account Manager to join our team and help scale paid media campaigns for some of the most respected franchise brands in the U.S. What You’ll Be Doing • Run high-performance campaigns across Google Ads + Meta Ads • Manage ad spend budgets • Own strategy + performance with full accountability (this is your sandbox) • Lead and develop Account Specialist(s) - manage tasks, coach performance, and drive results • Run proactive audits to keep accounts tight - accuracy, optimization, A/B testing, all of it • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Team - they own the client relationships, you focus on making the campaigns win • Write and manage ad copy that’s clear, compelling, and performance-focused • Handle the tech side - onboarding setups, integrations, and reporting infrastructure • Grow into more - want more ownership, leadership, or responsibility?
