Full Description

We're growing and seeking a top-tier Physical Therapist to join us as a Senior Living Community (SLC) Lead Clinician in Fair Oaks, CA. In this role, you'll lead the FOX Restoring Balance Plus Program, meet biweekly contract quotas, and support administrative needs for FOX clinicians within the SLC while also performing evidence-based clinical patient care.
