Lead Generation & Sales Specialist (Electrical Services) Company: Fox Global Holdings, LLC Location: Remote (International) Employment Type: Independent Contractor Workload: Part-time Expected availability: 20–30 hours per week (depending on workload) Schedule: Based on call volume and business demand (Pacific Time focus) Compensation • Base pay: $500 USD per month • Performance-based bonuses with no fixed cap, based on lead quality, booked jobs, and sales performance. • Paid monthly • Long-term contractor position About the Role Fox Global Holdings is a California-based licensed electrical contractor providing electrical services to residential and light commercial clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. We are looking for a Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to manage incoming leads, support paid advertising channels (Google and Facebook), communicate with potential customers, and convert leads into scheduled service appointments. This role focuses on lead generation, sales communication, and CRM-based lead management within a service-based electrical business. The position involves direct interaction with customers via phone, email, and SMS, as well as coordination with field technicians after a sale is confirmed. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming leads from marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, website forms, call tracking platforms) Respond to client inquiries via: • phone calls • email • SMS / messaging platforms Qualify incoming service requests and collect required job details Schedule technicians and coordinate service appointments Coordinate booked jobs with technicians after leads are successfully converted Update and manage leads, notes, and job statuses in the CRM Support basic lead management tasks related to advertising campaigns (lead tracking, response monitoring) Coordinate communication between clients, technicians, and internal systems Guide customers through the booking process and next steps after initial contact. Requirements • Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written) • Previous experience in home services (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, etc.) • Experience working as a dispatcher, coordinator, or customer support specialist • Understanding of how service-based businesses operate (jobs, technicians, scheduling, leads) • Confident computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize incoming requests • Reliable internet connection and quiet remote workspace Technical Skills (Required) Experience using CRM systems (Housecall Pro, GoHighLevel, or similar) Ability to work with lead sources such as: • Google Ads / Local Services Ads • Facebook / Meta lead forms Comfortable handling calls, emails, and SMS communications Basic understanding of lead tracking and follow-up processes Nice to Have • Hands-on experience managing leads from paid advertising campaigns • Experience working with call tracking systems • Prior experience coordinating technicians in home services • Strong customer service mindset with sales awareness (upsell / booking mindset) Additional Information This is a remote international independent contractor role Open to candidates worldwide No U.S. employment authorization required Taxes are the responsibility of the contractor Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $500.00 per month Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week Work Location: Remote
