Customer Success & Scheduling Specialist (Electrical Services) Fox Global Holdings is a trusted local provider of residential electrical, EV charger, and smart home services across the Bay Area. We're growing and need a friendly, organized person to be the first point of contact for our customers. Pay & Benefits: • Pay: $28 - $32 per hour ($58,240 - $66,560 per year) + monthly performance bonuses. • Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM • Perks: Supportive team, career growth opportunities. Your Role (What You'll Do): • Be the friendly voice of Fox – answer incoming calls and online inquiries from homeowners. • Schedule appointments and coordinate our technicians' calendars efficiently. • Follow up on quotes and help customers move forward with their electrical projects. • Keep our CRM organized – ensure every customer gets timely, accurate follow-up. • Learn our services (we'll train you!) to answer common questions about electrical panels, EV chargers, and smart home tech. Requirements: • Fluent in English. • Russian language fluency is a strong preference / a significant advantage. • All communications, reports, and documentation will be in English. Proficiency in Russian is required to effectively serve a significant portion of our client base and for internal team collaboration. You're a Great Fit If You: • Have 1+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or inside sales. • Are an excellent communicator with a positive, patient phone manner. • Are tech-savvy and organized – you love using tools to keep things running smoothly. • Are a problem-solver who enjoys helping people. • Live in the San Francisco Bay Area and are familiar with our communities. • Bilingual in English & Spanish (or Russian) is a HUGE plus!
