JOB DESCRIPTION Red Seat Ventures (RSV), a FOX company, is seeking a senior, enterprise-level marketing leader to architect and scale global audience growth across its portfolio of creator-led audio brands. This role will operate as a strategic owner of marketing vision, infrastructure, and performance, with full accountability for multi-platform growth, brand positioning, and revenue alignment. Reporting into executive leadership, the Senior Director will define long-range growth strategy, operationalize data-driven marketing systems, and cultivate high-impact platform and distribution partnerships. This is a remote leadership role requiring strong executive presence, disciplined performance rigor, and the ability to build scalable frameworks across a distributed team environment. A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Own and evolve RSV’s global podcast marketing strategy, aligning audience growth with enterprise revenue and brand objectives Lead end-to-end campaign architecture across launch, lifecycle, and franchise growth initiatives Establish scalable performance marketing infrastructure, including analytics, attribution modeling, and KPI governance Serve as executive lead for strategic platform relationships (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, emerging audio ecosystems) Drive omnichannel growth strategies spanning organic, paid, cross-promotional, and earned media channels Partner with Sales, Operations, Production, and Audience Development to integrate marketing initiatives with monetization and distribution goals Build and mentor a high-performing, remote marketing function with clear accountability and performance standards Deliver executive-level reporting with actionable insights, forecasting models, and continuous optimization roadmaps WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience in podcast, digital audio, or performance-driven media marketing Demonstrated success scaling creator-led or IP-driven brands in competitive digital ecosystems Deep fluency in audience acquisition, attribution frameworks, and growth modeling Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, deadline-driven environments Strong command of podcast analytics and performance tools (e.g., Podtrack, Linkfire, Chartable, or similar platforms) Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners Experience managing distributed or remote marketing teams at scale Expertise in paid media strategy, podcast ad operations, and revenue optimization Background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and owned-audience development within digital audio Prior collaboration with high-profile talent, influencers, or creator-driven brands This is a high-visibility, remote leadership opportunity to build durable growth infrastructure, expand platform partnerships, and position RSV’s audio portfolio for sustained, multi-platform scale. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $83,000.00-110,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $69,100.00-91,600.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
