Oversee the acquisition of quality pre-owned vehicles through trade-ins, auctions, and direct purchases. Manage vehicle inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, pricing, and presentation. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Appraise trade-in vehicles accurately and competitively. Ensure all pre-owned vehicles are properly reconditioned and ready for sale. Maintain a positive and customer-focused sales environment. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience. Proven track record of leadership and management in a dealership setting. Strong understanding of used vehicle acquisition, appraisal, reconditioning, and merchandising processes. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
