Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and manufacturer standards. Requirements Proven track record of success in automotive sales management. Deep understanding of new vehicle sales processes and inventory management. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Strong negotiation and customer service abilities. Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) and CRM systems. Valid driver's license.
