Deep understanding of new vehicle sales processes and inventory management. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Strong negotiation and customer service abilities. Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) and CRM systems. Valid driver's license. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions. Manage new vehicle inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and vehicle presentation. Oversee the entire sales process from customer interaction to vehicle delivery. Foster a positive and customer-centric sales environment. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
