2+ years SEO campaign experience, 1+ year client-facing experience, proficiency with Google Analytics and Search Console, Excel skills, basic HTML/JavaScript, CMS familiarity, excellent communication, and preferably agency experience.

They are seeking an SEO Specialist who will play a hands-on role in improving clients' digital presence through research, analysis, and strategic optimization. Responsibilities • Analyze websites and develop data-driven SEO strategies. • Conduct keyword, competitor, and content research. • Identify and address technical SEO issues. • Create content recommendations and outlines for landing pages and blogs. • Analyze data to deliver clear, actionable client reports. • Participate in client calls and presentations. • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to drive measurable results. • Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Skills • 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and executing SEO campaigns. • 1+ years of client-facing experience. • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research platforms. • Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data. • Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript. • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and schema markup. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. • Positive attitude, curiosity, and a drive to keep learning. • Experience with Google Ads or other paid media platforms. • Agency experience. • Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and SQL. • Solid understanding of web design or development fundamentals. Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
