Our Team: Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join our dynamic Spa Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance. Your Job: Are you excited about delivering the best Spa experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! As Spa Receptionist, your responsibilities encompass warmly welcoming guests, addressing inquiries about treatments and services, as well as efficiently managing schedules for optimized treatment sessions. Moreover, you'll be attuned to our diverse menu offerings, anticipating guest preferences, and ensuring their needs are met with a proactive touch. Beyond this, you'll also contribute to maintaining the serene ambiance of our spa by ensuring a pristine environment for relaxation and rejuvenation. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our spa receptionists to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. About You: • One to two years’ experience working in a customer service role preferred • Strong communication skills • Ability to be a quick problem solver • Work authorization in the United States Learn About Our Amazing Benefits!
