Pay Starting At: $24.00/hour Overview: The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing the food and beverage operations within the hotel to provide good quality service, food and beverage presentation, and guest experience. Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned F&B areas. • Work to understand the knowledge of state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving. • Check storage areas for proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness. • Supporting the Manager, assisting in ensuring staff has reported to work; document any late or absent employees. • Coordinate breaks for assigned staff. • Inspect table/set-ups, check for cleanliness, neatness, and agreement with guest's order and departmental standards • Ensure that all orders are delivered within designated timelines. • Assist in taking guests' orders, following specified procedures, as necessary to ensure department standards. • Document pertinent information in the department logbook. • Complete all paperwork and closing duties in accordance with departmental standards. • Review status of assignments and any follow-up action with the Manager and/or on-coming Supervisor.
