About Fountain Fountain (FountainTRT & FountainHRT) is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer telehealth company focused on best-in-class hormone optimization and performance medicine. You can learn more about us at www.fountain.net. We’re scaling our paid media fast and we need more than creatives. We need a Marketing Project Manager who has organization, preparation, and follow-through. This role is a mix between a producer and a project manager: you’ll support the Creative Strategist in building a streamlined, high-volume, high-quality ad production system. If you’re disorganized, or “more of a vibes person than a systems person,” this is not the role for you. What You’ll Do • Support the Creative Strategist on regular ad shoots for FountainTRT and FountainHRT • Help prep and run shoots: props, shot lists, locations • Capture clean, usable, simple videography based on scripts and direction (you do not need to have advanced videography skills to be considered for this position, but content creation experience is a big plus!) • Organize files, footage, and project folders so editors and freelancers can move fast • Coordinate with editors/creators to keep projects moving from shoot → edit → delivery Who You Are: • Hyper-organized, conscientious, and reliable • You like analyzing systems and improving them • You’ve worked on short-form content before (ads, TikTok/Reels, Instagram, etc.) • You’re hungry to grow, have a great attitude, crave feedback, and want to be around high-performing people • You live in or near Portland, OR, or are actively planning to relocate for on-site shoots If people have called you “the organized one”, you’re probably a fit for this role. Bonus If You: • Created organic content for social media (either for yourself or a company/brand) • Have run your own offer in the past. • Have video making experience. Why This Is A Special Opportunity: • You'll get to work with a small, lean team and have your contribution and ideas heard and implemented. • You’ll get to work with and learn from seasoned marketers with tons of experience invested in helping you grow • You’ll get to be a central part of building a best-in-class marketing team • You’ll get to let your creativity run wild with loads of opportunities to try out new ideas. Initial Application Requirements For this first step, we’re only reviewing candidates who submit both of the following: 1. Loom Video (2–3 minutes) Record a Loom answering: • A brief introduction. • Why your experience makes you a strong fit for this role. • What you would like to get through this role. 2. Resume (PDF) Name it: FirstName_LastName_Resume.pdf How to Apply Submit your Loom link + PDF resume together in a single email with the subject line: Marketing Project Manager – [Your Full Name] Send to: Tyson@Fountain.net Only candidates who follow these instructions will be considered.
