Description & Requirements The Performance Improvement Healthcare Consulting team helps healthcare organizations achieve sustainable results by addressing margin erosion through targeted improvement strategies. What You Will Do • Support operational assessment projects and performance improvement initiatives, including: • Clinical operations and workforce optimization • Workforce productivity and expense evaluations • Detailed service line analyses • System throughput enhancement • Interfacing with all levels of management both internally and at client sites • Performing benchmarking analysis and analyzing financial records to identify opportunities for improved financial performance • Interfacing with all levels of management both internally and at client sites Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business or a Healthcare-related discipline • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to travel Preferred Qualifications • Master's degree in a relevant field • 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare operations , , , , ,
