Senior Textile Designer // Fortune Swimwear As a Senior Textile Print Designer, you’ll partner closely with the design team to lead the creation, development, and execution of original print and color concepts across our swim and cover-up collections. This role blends creativity with technical excellence and requires a strong eye for print, color, and trend-driven design. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Create original, seasonal textile prints and colorways aligned with brand aesthetic • Lead collaboration with art studios to curate and refine trend-right collections sourced from purchased artwork. • Develop seamless repeat patterns with strong scale, placement, and visual impact • Prepare production-ready artwork files with accurate specifications for mills and vendors • Oversee color palettes including color adjustments and color calibration across multiple brands • Oversee color calibration across multiple brands and product formats • Partner closely with design, and production teams to ensure creative intent is maintained from concept through production • Stay current on print, color, and market trends to inform seasonal direction • Assist in creating templates for presentation decks • Collaborate with design on creating presentation templates that capture brand vision and elevate creative storytelling Who you are: • You have an excellent eye for print, color, and composition, with strong attention to detail • You are highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator • You have a deep understanding of print engineering, repeats, and production requirements • You can balance creative vision with technical precision and timelines • You are a strong communicator with a collaborative mindset • You thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment • You can multitask and manage overlapping projects and deadlines • You have experience designing for swimwear and resortwear (a strong plus)
