This is a critical, high-impact role responsible for developing and executing integrated campaigns that engage and influence the entire buying committee at our target accounts, ultimately driving qualified opportunities for our cybersecurity services. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in B2B demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) within the cybersecurity sector. They are a strategic orchestrator who can build consensus within target accounts and accelerate the buying cycle. This is a remote role, with the potential for occasional domestic travel. Key Responsibilities Buying Group Strategy: Develop, own, and execute multi-channel campaigns that target and engage multiple stakeholders within key accounts, moving beyond a single-lead focus. Orchestrate Account Engagement: Plan and manage coordinated outreach across multiple channels (paid media, email, events, sales engagement) to create a cohesive and personalized experience for entire buying groups. Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize the company’s paid media budget, with a focus on delivering messages tailored to different roles (e.g., C-suite, IT security) within target accounts. Sales Alignment and Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop target account lists, define buying group personas, and provide sales with tailored playbooks, messaging, and insights to engage the full committee. ABM and Nurturing: Implement and manage account-based marketing (ABM) programs that leverage a combination of 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many tactics to engage specific high-value accounts and their buying groups. Lead-to-Opportunity Management: Oversee the entire buying journey for target accounts, ensuring seamless coordination between marketing and sales to accelerate the path from initial engagement to qualified opportunity. Event Strategy: Integrate events into the overall account-based strategy, ensuring promotional and follow-up activities are tailored to the specific buying groups attending. Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on account-based metrics, such as account engagement, buying group velocity, and pipeline influenced, to prove the ROI of the buying group-centric approach. Basic Qualifications 5-7+ years of B2B demand generation or ABM experience, with proven success in promoting professional services, ideally within the cybersecurity industry. Proven track record of building and executing account-based or buying group-centric strategies that generate measurable pipeline and revenue. Hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms and CRMs, and familiarity with ABM platforms. Expertise in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads, with a clear understanding of account targeting. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with an ability to connect marketing activities to account-based outcomes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on aligning with sales to close deals within complex buying groups. Preferred Skills Experience with events is a plus, particularly in a promotional and lead management capacity.
